Nigel teaches mindfulness in both private and workplace settings. He teaches bespoke programmes, 1-1 classes, weekly mindfulness and wellbeing sessions, and the MBSR and CMR courses. He is also involved in creating and delivering workplace wellbeing strategies.
The desire to offer mindfulness to all and for there to be no restrictions on who should be able to access these powerful approaches led to the founding of the conscious wellbeing project. Through his work here, Nigel would like to provide others with support and help them manage difficulties. He teaches mindfulness with a keen eye on how we can apply it to every aspect of our lives, at home, in the workplace or within whatever situation we find ourselves in.

Her teaching is deeply informed by personal practice and many years of experience of its benefits. Classes are designed to develop strength as well as flexibility, to increase the body’s functional range of movement and improve breathing.
Mindfulness practice is a part of each session, by bringing attention to the movement and stillness of the body and observing the present moment as it unfolds students are encouraged to develop self-awareness and clarity of mind and cultivate a sense of balance and equanimity.
