The CMR (Compassionate Mindful Resilience) course was designed by MindfulnessUK as a stand-alone introductory course to mindfulness and compassion. It is suitable for anybody, including companies, groups, or individuals and it is particularly helpful for those in roles where they are supporting/caring for others.
No previous experience is necessary. By using simple yet effective evidence-based practices, skills and techniques, you will learn to manage stress better, develop resilience and enhance your wellbeing with mindfulness and compassion.
Participants learn through a blend of concepts and experiential practice which enables them to be better equipped to cope with everyday challenges, cultivate self-kindness and develop feelings of empowerment.
The course consists of 4 two-hour lessons, or 8 1 hour lessons and you will receive a student handbook with 3 audio recordings.
